Description
¶1. Richard A. Lange appeals from a post-conviction order denying his motion to withdraw his no contest plea to a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, party to the crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 961.41(1)(cm)1 and 939.05 (1999-2000),*fn1 and, alternatively, to amend his sentence to give proper credit for time served. Lange raises three issues on appeal: (1) his plea was involuntary because the plea colloquy failed to establish that he understood the elements of the charged offense and the constitutional rights he was waiving; (2) he was deprived of his constitutional right to counsel at the plea hearing; and (3) the trial court failed to provide him with proper sentence credit for time served.
