This appeal is taken from an order denying defendants motion for post-conviction relief under sec. 974.06, Stats. Defendant Billy Joe Langston was convicted of the charge of armed robbery on September 25, 1968, and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of not more than twenty years imprisonment in the Wisconsin state prison. The motion for post-conviction relief was filed with the circuit court on December 7, 1970, and denied on December 22, 1970.
