1. Joseph Landrum appeals an amended judgment convicting him of theft as a party to the crime. He also appeals an order denying his post-conviction motion for resentencing. The issues are: (1) whether the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion in relying on information in the presentence investigation report and the reports sentencing recommendation; (2) whether the circuit court failed to adequately explain its sentence; (3) whether the sentence was unduly harsh or excessive; and (4) whether the circuit court improperly, without a hearing, denied Landrums motion for resentencing based on a new factor. We affirm.
